Dress in easy-off layers and peel off wet snow gear straight away

Overheating and sweat can bother eczema-prone skin. Wear loose layers that are easy to remove, unzip or take a break when you get too warm, and take off wet clothes and shoes as soon as you come in from snow or rain.
