Cotton gloves over a thick ointment at bedtime

Put on a thick ointment or cream before bed (Vaseline works well for many), then pull on plain cotton gloves. The gloves keep it on your hands instead of your sheets, and you can wear them during the day too when cracks make bare hands sore.
