Moisturize within five minutes of getting out of the shower

Dermatologists recommend patting skin dry but leaving it slightly damp, then applying a fragrance-free moisturizer within five minutes of bathing. A thick cream or ointment works best; a fragrance-free lotion is fine if that feels too heavy.
