I completely switched over to Ancestral quinoa beer - it's got a fruity finish that I can't now live without. Doesn't give a hangover and they just released a session IPA thats full of flavor and low on alcohol. Whistler is decent option too but it's mostly made from sugar and gives me a headache next day. Gutenberg is gone unfortunately so just a memory now. If you want to still enjoy beer with celiac disease those are great options.
